Sale hopeful over Robinson & Lund
Robinson missed England's defeat by Ireland on Saturday with a neck injury, while Lund came off at half-time in Dublin because of concussion.
Sale said Robinson's injury "does not require corrective surgery" and that he "should be back playing very soon".
As for Lund, Sale are "hopeful he will be fit next week".
"Magnus will not play again until he has taken and passed the necessary tests," added club doctor Dave Jones.
"It is very doubtful he will play against Saracens this weekend."
Robinson injured his neck during England training in Bath last Wednesday and did not recover in time for the match at Croke Park.
The 33-year-old winger saw a specialist on Tuesday night and was advised to rest for a few days to let the neck pain settle down.
Jones added: "The good news is that the problem should not need any corrective surgery and with the correct rest and rehab, Jason should be back playing very soon."
